I recorded a few podcast episodes:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/blog-alexis.monville.com\/en\/blog\/2019\/06\/05\/how-to-form-a-team\/\">The first one<\/a> answers one important question: &#8220;How to form a team?&#8221; I recorded it with <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/valyonchev\">Valentin Yonchev<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/matt_takane\">Matt Takane<\/a> from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.redhat.com\/en\/services\/consulting\/open-innovation-labs\">Red Hat Open Innovation Labs<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/blog-alexis.monville.com\/en\/blog\/2019\/06\/21\/celbrating-the-audiobook-with-michael-reid\/\">The second one<\/a> is a celebration of the availability of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.audible.com\/pd\/B07T98BVFY\/?source_code=AUDFPWS0223189MWT-BK-ACX0-155381&amp;ref=acx_bty_BK_ACX0_155381_rh_us\">Changing Your Team From The Inside as an audiobook<\/a>, with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.audible.com\/search?searchNarrator=Michael+Reid\">Michael Reid<\/a> the narrotor of the book.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/blog-alexis.monville.com\/en\/blog\/2019\/06\/23\/how-to-create-great-goals\/\">The third one<\/a> is an answer to the question: &#8220;How to create great goals?&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>I recorded <a href=\"https:\/\/blog-alexis.monville.com\/en\/blog\/2019\/06\/30\/do-cultural-differences-influence-the-adoption-of-agile\/\">the fourth one<\/a> with <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/j_bourgeon\">Jerome Bourgeon<\/a> to answer the question: &#8220;Do cultural differences influence the adoption of agile&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Of course, I am interested in your feedback about that experiment.<\/p>\n<p>Maybe you have ideas about change, or you have questions to ask, and maybe even you want to record the answer to a question with me?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I tried a new experiment last month!
