When we go to platforms like Goodreads, we choose our next book based on the category, the title, the cover, the abstract, AND the ratings and reviews!<\/p>\n<p>It seems that ratings and reviews account for a lot in our choices.<\/p>\n<p>And because of all that, I need your help!<\/p>\n<p>Could you please help the book <a href=\"https:\/\/blog-alexis.monville.com\/en\/changing-your-team-from-the-inside\/\">Changing Your Team From The Inside<\/a> to reach a wider audience?<\/p>\n<p>It is straightforward:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leave a rating on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goodreads.com\/book\/show\/40692351-changing-your-team-from-the-inside\">Goodreads<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Leave a rating and a review on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goodreads.com\/book\/show\/40692351-changing-your-team-from-the-inside\">Goodreads<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Leave a rating and a review on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Changing-Your-Inside-Alexis-Monville\/dp\/138745496X\/ref=tmm_pap_swatch_0?_encoding=UTF8&amp;qid=1556105385&amp;sr=1-1\">Amazon<\/a> (If you already did Goodreads, you are one copy\/paste away!)\n<ul>\n<li>Maybe you will be allowed to do the review only in your localized version of Amazon, please go for it!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>I am asking that now because I am really proud of the second version of the book published at the beginning of April! I worked on the second version during the previous months with a fantastic team! <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/johnpoelstra\">John Poelstra<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/tweet_mdoyle\">Michael Doyle<\/a> did a tremendous job to help me improve the book! Thank you!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To celebrate, the second edition, the book is now available in Hardcover version on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lulu.com\/shop\/alexis-monville\/changing-your-team-from-the-inside\/hardcover\/product-24054579.html\">Lulu<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I chose to end all the chapters of the book, <a href=\"https:\/\/blog-alexis.monville.com\/en\/changing-your-team-from-the-inside\/\">Changing Your Team From The Inside<\/a>, with a section titled \u201cSummary and Action\u201d. The goal of those sections is to give you keys to act immediately on your environment. I heard great feedback about one of the practice. <a href=\"https:\/\/blog-alexis.monville.com\/en\/blog\/2018\/12\/09\/summary-and-action\/\">The practice is a way to guide one-on-ones when meeting new people<\/a>. Another one is <a href=\"https:\/\/blog-alexis.monville.com\/en\/blog\/2018\/09\/28\/the-matrix-of-principles\/\">The Matrix of Principles<\/a> that you could also test with the principles of the agile manifesto.<\/p>\n<p>I also answered in a post to a question on how to create <a href=\"https:\/\/blog-alexis.monville.com\/en\/blog\/2019\/03\/28\/team-agreements\/\">Team Agreements<\/a> efficiently<a href=\"https:\/\/blog-alexis.monville.com\/en\/blog\/2019\/03\/28\/team-agreements\/\"><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>At the beginning of the month, I had the pleasure to participate in a fantastic event: Agile Games 2019.
