In <a href=\"https:\/\/blog-alexis.monville.com\/en\/blog\/2016\/03\/29\/beyond-measure\/\">Beyond Measure<\/a>, I covered the simple exercise proposed by <span class=\"author notFaded\" data-width=\"\"><a class=\"a-link-normal\" href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/s\/ref=dp_byline_sr_book_1?ie=UTF8&amp;field-author=Margaret+Heffernan&amp;search-alias=books&amp;text=Margaret+Heffernan&amp;sort=relevancerank\">Margaret Heffernan<\/a> to initiate a relationship between team members. I tried to nudge you to try <a href=\"https:\/\/blog-alexis.monville.com\/en\/blog\/2017\/07\/31\/the-evolution-of-trust\/\">The Evolution of Trust<\/a> from <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ncasenmare\">Nicky Case.<\/a> And, of course, I regularly referenced <a href=\"https:\/\/blog-alexis.monville.com\/en\/blog\/2016\/03\/05\/the-five-dysfunctions-of-a-team\/\">The Five Dysfunction of a Team<\/a>, as a must-read to build a team.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/pauljzak.com\/\">Paul J. Zak<\/a>, the author of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goodreads.com\/book\/show\/30212646-trust-factor\">Trust Factor<\/a>, explains how the scientific work conducted on <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Oxytocin\">Oxytocin<\/a>, aka the love hormone, helps to understand how the culture of an organization is working.<\/p>\n<p>You can benchmark your organization on the eight key factors presented in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/blog-alexis.monville.com\/en\/blog\/2017\/08\/15\/learning-from-the-neuroscience-of-trust\/\">Learning from the neuroscience of trust<\/a> by answering the 16 questions of the <a href=\"https:\/\/ofactor.com\/book\">Ofactor Pulse test<\/a> (I encourage you to read the book and respond to the test when triggered).<\/p>\n<p>Questions are based on observable behaviors, which make them relatively easy to answer. For example, one is: &#8220;My leader treats setbacks and mistakes I make as a valuable opportunity to learn and try something new&#8221;.
