The results on that particular item demonstrate how false perceptions come into play when we are evaluating our own company and our abilities.<\/p>\n<p>As discussed in the article, <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2017\/09\/why-do-we-undervalue-competent-management\">Why do we undervalue competent management<\/a>,\u00a0 false perceptions undermines our ability to evaluate how well (or bad) or company is run.
