So, how can we design an organization that will enable that?\u00a0 Ray Dalio propose to use radical transparency, radical truthfulness, and algorithmic decision-making to create the conditions where people can speak up and say what they really think.<\/p>\n<p>He shares an example of feedback email he receives after a meeting: &#8220;Ray you deserve a D for your performance in the meeting&#8230;&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>After a dramatic failure, he decided to change his thinking from &#8220;I am right&#8221; to &#8220;How do I know that I am right&#8221;.\u00a0 To grasp that knowledge, you need to know what the others are thinking and how believable they are.<\/p>\n<p>The dot collector is the tool they use in Ray&#8217;s company to gather the instant feedback and to evaluate the believability of people.
