This French Scrum User Group conference hosted by Google in Paris was really &#8220;agile&#8221;, and definitely not &#8220;open source&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The time frame was a little bit short to cover in details the organization of the Openstack project. And how the organization of the project, from design, implementation and release, can inspire us to design our IT organizations.<\/p>\n<p>Good feedbacks from the participants!
